Wanted: rain gear and reflective jacket

Wanted for a Syrian Dad of three to start his 4 am daily commute to his job in Canada.
Do you have extra rain pants or reflective jacket that is needing a new home?
Shorter guy, maybe height wise small width wise medium...

I've tried phoning you at the number you listed several times over the last few days but I can't get through. It says "User Busy"...
Let me know if you don't still have my email from back in the days when my kids did swim club.

No clue about my phone except sometimes it does not work in high humidity; very weird I know.
