Road conditions for Sunday am?

Tmrw morning looks cold again according to environment Canada - minus 2 at 8 am. Also, there is fog supposed to develop overnight. Question for those knowledgeable in these weather matters, what does fog + cold temps mean for the likelihood of frosty/icy roads? I've lost a little faith in the dew points.
