GOLD! For Jay Lamoureux and his teammates! Team Canada took the gold medal in the Men's Team Pursuit at Round 2 of the Track World Cup in Apeldoorn, Netherlands. This is the first-ever World Cup win for Canada in the Men's Team Pursuit. Canada also moves into the overall lead in the World Cup standings, after finishing third in the first round.

And according to Jay's local coach, Jeff Ain, Jay was the strongest of the entire team; "The Engine". Doing 2 lap pulls throughout. And after coming back from an overuse knee injury from January to June. Remarkable.
