Thanks all for the ride today - it was a great safe ride. John D was right, we can ride safely in wet dark conditions!

We had two groups this morning, the As and then the rest of us.

I was super impressed with how smart we rode. We gave each other space, which was a super good thing since we actually had to come to a full stop going on to Cadboro Bay Rd. We slowed down before corners and took them at pace that was right for the conditions. We waited for each other after the corners, so there was no need to stress-out for those at the end of the line. And, we kept our competitive tendencies in-check, accepting that we have entered winter riding conditions and it's time to chill and just be grateful for being able to still road ride this time of year.

I'll second that! As the fellow sitting at the back almost the whole way, thank you! From my perspective it was a great ride. Thank you one and all.
