Wow! I am DISGUSTED with the HR Josh had for the last bit from Beacon Hill on. The savage that he is he clearly knew I was suffering so as he went by attacking he tapped me on the hip and before I could override it with logic and sensibility I was chasing his wheel. I was just suffering though. Where Josh had a peakHR of 173 I spent the last 3 minutes chassing him averaging 186 with a peakHR at 192. At least that explains the fuzzy vision and gagging!

I hear you got passed by a tandem, too. Ouch


Don't worry, I was putting myself through a whole bunch of pain there, the cyclocross abused burning legs just wouldn't let the heart rate get up any higher.
