On our B1 ride this morning:

Completely agree Andrew! Why do we get up so early and push ourselves if not for the soulful aspect of it as well as the fitness. And why do we all live in Victoria? Because its pretty f* 'n stunning so we should be enjoying it. Heads down all the time, well, we might as well be in Saskatchewan (no offense intended. It's its own kinda pretty 
Andrew beat me to it but i was going to post to say thanks Rolf. Do you mind if I share with my brother in law cyclist whom I am trying to convince to come out here for a visit to prove cycling here really is better than in New Jersey?
