I was thinking of trying the Monday morning ride, but want to make sure I am not the only one there... how well attended is this ride? Cheers,

I'm innerested. 6 am, Alpha St. Starbucks. Goose to Prospect with the Grenville loop, home via Old W. Saanich, Sayward and waterfront...

To answer your question - spottily. It all depends on the degree of hammering going on over the weekend. But, it's a great summer Monday ride and I plan to do it when time and energy permit. I'll always post here first, since I'm such a sucker for a group ride. Way better than riding solo.
