What sort of tricks does everybody use for the valves on their aero wheel sets? My wife and I currently use valve extenders (not the removable core type). We have broken a couple recently, and are having a very hard time finding replacements anywhere.
She's got 60mm wheels and I've got a 60mm front and 90mm rear. tubes with 80mm valves would work but even those are hard to come across. We both do triathlons so the hypothetical mid-race flat tire repair is in the back of our minds, hence not using removable core extenders.
Tons of people have deep wheels, what does everyone else do for their valves?
Thanks for the help.

Trek Store Harbour Road by Fantastico has bontregger valve extenders which allow you to move your valve core to the extender. They are $25 for two and has a small tool. Get some plumbers seal tape at Home Depot ($0.60) to make the seal airtight.
