Details of the Big Loop Ride are listed below. The BLR is a Tripleshot no-drop supported group ride. To join the ride you must be a Tripleshot member. Date: Sunday 17th July 2016
Time: 6:00am for a 6:15am start
Where: Starbucks – Alpha Street opposite Mayfair Mall
Distance: 250K
Route: Victoria-Sooke-Jordan River-Port Rnfrew- Lake Cowichan-Duncan-Mill Bay-Mill Bay Ferry-Brentwood Bay-Victoria https://ridewithgps.com/routes/14660169
Support: Again Marcus and Nancy will provide support (food and drinks) from their VW camper. Marcus and Nancy will stop at Sooke, Jordan River, Port Renfrew and Lake Cowichan. We will also stop at the Mill Bay Plaza for coffee and or ice cream and to pick up ferry tickets.
Additional Support (volunteer with vehicle or motor cycle needed) will be provided along the route to assist with any mechanical mishaps, accidents and to provide water top-ups as required will carry water. However, all riders should carry spare tubes, a pump or gas cylinders in order to fix flats etc. The rider should also carry water and there own snacks.
Cost: There is no cost to join the ride. The club will pay for the ride expenses. (To be confirmed if this includes the cost of the ferry.)

We will plan to catch the 4:10 ferry. The fast group may make the 3PM ferry or just miss it as they did last year! This will mean riders will be back in Victoria between y 5:30-6pm.
