WANTED- Quill stem. 60-80mm 26.0 22.2

I'm building up a bike for a friend to get him into riding. It's nice Giant OCR1 that has a quill stem but it's a bit long at 120mm. I'm after one with a shorter reach. 60-80mm would be perfect. 22.2 steerer and 26.0 mm handlebar dia.

Mick check out Recyclista's. They have boxes of used quill stems downstairs. Probably have what you need cheap.
