Hey ya'll,
A few of you have commented on my recent borderline completely insane Strava activity so here's why I've been putting in all those 100, 200, 300+km days: Ryley and I are riding from Port Hardy to Victoria in under 24hrs to raise funds and awareness for the 60min Kids Club. This is a FREE program that goes into schools to teach kids physical literacy and health strategies. So, June 18th-19th we will be riding 500km in the 2nd annual Ride for the Future. The goal is to finish in under 24hrs.
What can you do to help?
1) Spread the word
2) Join us for the last leg of the ride: Brentwood Bay (ferry) to Beacon Hill park on June 19th (we plan to be in Beacon Hill at approximately noon)
3) Check out this link and consider throwing in a couple $$ to help us reach our fundraising goals

4) Help us connect with local schools that might be interested in this FREE program
