To the fellow Tripleshotter who was doing what appeared to be intervals on Ferndale Ave on Tuesday night.
When you shoulder check and see a car approaching you from behind, the appropriate course of action is to move to the right and give the car opportunity to pass.
Instead, you chose to ignore the car and ride in the middle of the road for the next 500m, followed by a U-turn in the middle of the road at the stop sign.
I don't think behaviour is particularly safe and reflects badly on Tripleshot and cyclists in general.
