Hello all,

There's a ride supporting CMHA women's mental health, that's becoming a Victoria tradition, on Sunday, June 26th, 2016.

I am doing the 50 k with family, so this is an alternative to the Tripleshot Sunday morning "recovery" ride, that actually translates into helping those in need.

Free coffee, and good conversation, plus some amazing stories of recovery.

The link to the general information page is here: http://ridedonthide.com/bc/ride/victoria/

:P If you'd rather stay in bed, sponsor our team (two tripleshot riders in the team) at this link https://secure.e2rm.com/registrant/Fund ... Pref=en-CA

Any questions, please contact me by :P Pierre Dil.

Thanks for posting this in the proper forum, Pierre. Not sure why I put the original post where I did
It would be really great to get some of Victoria's seasoned riders out for this event and it is such a great cause! I think we may have 3 or 4 Triple Shotters on our team (Out Spoke'n) and everyone is welcome to join us or feel free to start an actual Triple Shot team :D

Hello all,

Just another reminder of the ride this weekend, as an option to the usual recovery ride!

Thanks to all those who have expressed interest and have signed on to the Out Spoke'n team! Thanks to Shelagh for leading the charge.

Come on out and "Ride don't hide" with lots of family and long options.

Take care,

Pierre Dil
