If I have my information correct Mark turns 75 tomorrow, March 17!

May we all be as fit and motivated as Mark is to get out there and keep riding when we are 75! It is a real pleasure to have Mark teach me how to handle the physical and psychological affects of attempting to ride 200 K in late winter.

Happy Birthday Mark!

Thank you all for your very kind birthday wishes.

This is an occasion for me to thank Tripleshot and in particular the individual members who have helped me on the bike over the past year. Sometimes the help has been a light touch or a push on the back, other times a long "pull" or a "steady up" for my benefit or just simple words of encouragement. I did not always acknowledge the help but I can assure you I always noticed and very much appreciated it.

Thanks again for helping me meet my goal of riding with Tripleshot until my 75th, now my next goal, ride to my 80th!

Thanks again with great appreciation.

Mark
