Don't forget about the time change. Spring forth, into the darkness.

The usual start time, 7 AM from Fairfield Starbucks.

I won't be out this Sunday. Riding 200 on Saturday (hopefully) with Mark and Mikael, a couple Rando specialists.

Someone asked about a 100 K route. Up and around Lands End and a bit on Dallas at the end? Or here is what we did a couple weeks back: https://www.strava.com/routes/3654772

Have fun out there!

Barton.

I'm looking forward to a "Barton ride" tomorrow at 7 a.m. PDT (6 a.m. Biological Time), despite it being Barton-less, and I presume Mikael- and Mark-less(?) That may be a presumption too far with these resilient randonneur types, who snap their fingers at a double century...

See some of you at 7, I hope. Route-wise I'd still like to shoot for an easygoing 100, but I'd vote for just a regular Land's End, without the Ardmore circuits, and just tack on the waterfront, with coffee somewhere on the west side: e.g. Marina Cafe, Olive Olio's, Discovery OB Ave. etc.

Well, that must've been a hoot. I heard from a dual-ride interloper that you were a hearty bunch of three at 7am. And that you chickened out of wave-dodging in front of McNiell Bay. Pansies! I opened my mouth as I went through a wave there to help rebalance my electrolytes. The 7:30 group was similarly lean - and no one went north of Matticks (but some certainly went higher than Matticks - in search of vertical challenge).

I sure hope anyone that waited until later to get their kicks is back safe and sound now. Preferably after seeking comfort in the soothing waters of a hot shower or hot tub. It's downright snotty out there!
