For our 5th year, Tripleshot Women's Cycling Clinic is holding two separate clinics simultaneously.
Level One – Learn to ride in groups

This clinic is coached by women for women, and provides a series of skills and training sessions to get you more confident and comfortable on your bike. Sessions will include bike handling drills, group riding techniques (drafting/ pacelines), cornering, how to ride hills better, basic bike maintenance and bike fitting; all in a beginner friendly format. Road or Cross bikes are a must. Come meet likeminded women and improve your riding and get comfortable (or more comfortable) riding in groups.
Dates:
April 18 - June 13
8 Mondays nights, 6 - 7:30pm;
No session on May 23rd (Victoria Day)
7 on the bike skills sessions (various locations around the city from Beacon Hill Park to longer groups rides TBD by the groups). The clinic will run rain or shine, only hurricane like winds will stop us. No make-up sessions.
Level Two – Group riding – more effectively and faster

Are you wanting to take your group riding to the next level? This clinic coached by women for women, will work from the fundamental skills and teach techniques to make cyclists smarter, more efficient and faster to try out harder group rides. Riders will be introduced to racing disciplines of road cycling and supported to try racing. Sessions will include: bike skills; drafting and pace lines; cornering; climbing and descending; sprints and tactics; group rides and time trial practice. Road bikes or cyclocross bikes are a must.

Monday June 13, 6:00pm: Alleycat and Social Wrap-Up (food bank drive by bike to support the Mustard Seed!) sponsored by Broad Street Cycles (http://www.broadstcycles.ca) and Stuckylife (http://www.stuckylife.com)
Information sessions will be offered on a separate night of the week throughout the clinic. Topics could include: Keeping your Bike Maintained Between Rides and Away From the Bike Store; Dry Land Training; Bike Fitting; Training 101 - the difference between Riding and Training; Nutrition and Training. There will be a $5 drop in fee will to contribute to snacks and refreshments.
This year we have Tripleshot Women’s Cycling Clinic T-Shirts designed by one of our coaches! They are available for $20. Sizes small, medium and large.
Cost:
Early bird special $125 until April 4 $150 after. Registration cost does not include the online processing fee.
