Hang your heads in shame if you weren't there!
Me and Peter for the sprint, after a monster leadout by Roland on his 1987 steel Fiori commuter with downtube shifters.
Peter was coming around fast right at the end and would've had me, but he misjudged the new finish line location by 25m or so, so I managed to nip it by half a bike length. 53.4km/h at the finish.
Definitely a good location for the winter finish line, and saving the attacks until after hollywood made for quite a safe and sensible finish, given the conditions.

Everybody stayed rubber side down, I call that a successful winter ride. Even Jen managed to not crash the brakeless tandem.

Thanks to everyone for waiting for Carly & I on the uphills yesterday! The downhills were definitely less of a struggle...

I keep telling you all the 80's were good for something besides shoulder pads and Flock of Seagulls haircuts.Josh.E wrote:http://connect.garmin.com/player/16879752
