Leave at 7 AM from Fairfield Starbucks. Metchosin with a twist.

The usual C / C+ pace. We will keep everyone together. Last week we rode Lands End averaging 25.5 K/Hr. I can guarantee that it will be a slower average as we do the hills of Metchosin. Remember, this is a Tripleshot ride and you know what that means, no one gets left behind. Stronger riders pull steady but longer. Not so strong riders pull very short or don't pull at all!!
