Hey all,

While I accept the very strong and valid arguments that have been presented to this forum previously regarding the thesis that "running is stoopid", I thought some of you might be interested in this.

Victoria BC is the newest city to host a November Project workout. This is a free, outdoor workout that starts at 6:29am on Wednesdays from now until forever at the Beacon Hill Petting Zoo. You can learn more about the November Project on their blog http://november-project.com/

Or, there is a Facebook page for the Victoria group https://www.facebook.com/NovemberProjec ... b=overview

In addition to running, there are also a lot of push ups, lunges, box squats, burpees and other "stoopid" activities. But, as I was saying to Peter this morning... "I still hurt today, so I am certain it is good for me".

Cheers
Alex

We must stand strong together in our support of non-cycling activities, Alex. No benefit to coveting a snobbish reputation, I say. Long live people's alternative fitness regimes!

Oh, darn those rules and their immutable wisdom and logic!
