Seeking short-term rental accommodations for a relative

My sister-in-law, her husband, and their two kids (2yr-old and a newborn) will be in Victoria from mid-December to mid-February. Unfortunately, the lease on the place they'd arranged to rent just fell through, so we're now scrambling to help them find somthing else. They're looking for a furnished 1 or 2-bedroom place that's close to town, hopefully in the $1500 per month range.
