I think I had a small heart attack after the shoal point sprint. I jumped off the front off Gavins wheel right at the breakwater after he pulled, stood, put my head down and went absolutely as hard as I could, and managed to stay away. My heart rate spiked and hit 192 or so 15 seconds or so AFTER I sat up for the finish line. (I think it was saying "what the hell did you just do to me?!?")

That is hilarious - I am sitting here at 'work' laughing my head off. I wonder if anyone else can let us know if they could hear crying, screaming, or whimpering during the chase?
