Got a CX bike or Mountain Bike ?

Join us for a 2 to 4 hour ,easy pace, fun ride this Sunday. Leaving
Alpha Street Starbucks at 7:30...Meet at 7:00 a.m. for coffee and route discussion.

This is a great introduction to easy CX and a good reason for a change from the road.
We will ride on some trails within the city, such as Colquitz trail and the Goose .
This will be a fun easy ride with a stop for coffee . Home by 11:30.

Any one planning on GG this Sunday?

I have a tentative route in mind on colquitz trail,Beaver lake area, highlands, Esqumalt lagoon, gravel pit beach trail and back on goose and e & n rail line.

If this one doesnt come togethar I am also happy to do regular Tripleshot Sunday.
