Longer and Slower Sunday Alternative! Last Sunday the average speed was 27 K/Hr. This Sunday, Leaving ALPHA STARBUCKS on Douglas across from Mayfair Mall. DEPARTING AT 6:30!!

Thanks to Mary, Barton and John for a great ride. Perfect pace for this time of year although I tried to push it a few times, my apologies. Also best après ride coffee stop. Almost makes me wish I skipped breakfast just to justify another serving of cake. Cheers

Yeah really good ride. A couple flats and a surprise ending for Mary who thought we had 15 minutes to go when it was really 45!
Truly, long slow distance. More of the same next week!
