BOOTCAMP is coming back - think of your bones!

I'm looking into doing the bootcamp thing again starting in November and running through until Spring.
We can have the gym at St. Pat's again on Monday nights.
I sent a message to Nick to see if he is available and an awaiting a reply.
The idea would be that you would sign up for a set number of Monday night bootcamps, but if you couldn't make a certain Monday night you could attend one of Lister's youth bootcamps that are on Tuesday and Friday nights, and they could attend our old foggy one on Monday night if need be.
So, are you interested in a Monday night bootcamp?
If you are interested in attending, would you like it to be structured like it was before 25-30 minutes playing team handball and the rest of the time doing 'boot campy' things.
If not, what would you like?
Would you like Nick as an instructor? If not, do you have another suggestion?
Depending on the costs and the number of people, we would like to keep the price down to $5… but it could go as high at $10…
What is a doable price point for you?
I will send an email out to those who participated last year and post on different cycling Facebook pages. If you know of anyone who would be interested, please get them to contact me or post on this thread.
