Private Messages

I need a Private Messaging specialist out there.
I am having trouble sending private messages.
They always stay in my outbox for at least 12-24 hours. You can imagine how frustrating this is when I'm looking for a timely response.
Is there something I need to change in settings, a button I need to push to launch them from the Outbox, or something else?
Please help!

That's just the way the system works, messages stay in your outbox until the recipient opens them. They do however get notified immediately that they have a message waiting.

Interesting.
So, it's not like your typical Outlook email.
That works for me though. At least they get notified.
