Interesting article about 'older' types who have pursued endurance type activities over the years. There is a growing body of evidence showing both that exercise and avoidance of a sedentary lifestyle avoids the onset of such rhythm disorders, but also that long standing high intensity endurance sport may enhance such risks. So we should pay attention to the skips and jumps we experience.
