Clear desperation on Rio's part. Someone will have to alert the IOC officials what kind of Strava-strutting wanker they've selected to bring to Rio. Only an acerbic poem will do.
Currently looking for a word that rhymes with masturbatory, (thanks to Rolf for planting that seed!)

Alan: try "observatory" – as in that white building you see through your blurred vision and the sweat pouring off your brow when you're the last one to the top of the climb every Sunday.
And if it's an acerbic poem you're planning to deliver, we'll all assume that "Stay tuned..." means "Stay tuned while I madly scramble to hire a freelancer who can pen a decent poem. Because, as everyone knows, I can't."
