Ride don't hide ; June 21 2015


This is a fun family event with very short options, but you can also do the long and winding road (105 km).

I've done this every year since it started. It's a small affair, but is meaningful as it has people riding who have either been affected directly, or had family members, with mental health needs.

Proceeds go to supporting local and national mental health work, in partnership with Shoppers Drug Mart and The Canadian Mental Health Association.
