Bear Mountain has begun to put resources into cycling on the peninsula in the form of support for the Canadian mountain biking team, cyclocross (Cross On The Rock), Jump Ship free ride event, School Bike league and trail building. They have also offered to host fundraising events to support junior cycling and other worthy causes.
The club has been asked to provide 3-6 road cycling enthusiasts to participate in a Victoria cycling promotional video being produced for Bear Mountain.
If you would like to see you kit in lights or just have some time to spare on Thursday evening 6:30 - 7:30 producer Mike Walker wants you.
Location is Michell's Farm Market parking lot on Island view.
