Meet at Disco Coffee on Oak Bay Ave and Foul Bay. Leave at 7 AM sharp.

Anticipating sunny. Sunscreen might be a good idea.

Bring lots of liquid and nutrition. We will attempt this without stopping; or at least with a minimum of stopping. This will be steady, moderate pace. Likely averaging less than 25 K/Hr considering all of the lovely hills sprinkled thru out the route.

We had five out to start last Saturday, all of varying levels of fitness. There are places you can peel off and head home or stay for the duration.
