New Year's Day ride

Post by Lund »

Anyone out there game for an early ride on New Year's Day?

Unless we wake up to frosty roads, I propose a 7:35 launch from Cook Street SBUX (which opens tomorrow at 7:00 am). Sunday distance, Sunday pace.

Enough with the back-sliding! The New Year is a time for resolutions designed to improve things. We will leave at 7:30 sharp. Unless of course we don't.

I was trying to start the year with an act of kindness — five minutes' grace for those sporting New Year's Day hangovers.

Apparently there's to be no mercy on this ride. John has thrown down the gauntlet. So be it...

I guess I meant "we" in the larger sense...not sure I'll be there tomorrow, 7:30am or otherwise. Forget throwing down the gauntlet - I'm still pretty stiff after throwing down my face on the Sunday morning ride.

Happy 2015!
