For $34.99 (instead of $69.99) you get:
-chain and rear dérailleur removed from bike and cleaned in solvent tank
-bike cleaned
-brakes aligned and functioning optimally
-dérailleur aligned and functioning optimally
-cables lubed
-chain lubed
-tired inflated
-all nuts/bolts tightened
Also, there is no additional labour charges if there are parts being replaced (chain, brake pads etc).
