MORE LATE BREAKING NEWS --ABOUT EXCITING ADVENTURES....

We have enjoyed the first 3 Tripleshot Gravel Grinder Adventure rides,
Despite almost being blown of the Malahat in driving rain in GG#2..( and one rookie visiting a rumble strip and flying over a 2 foot barrier...landing in some nice tall grass. Thank goodness the CX bike was fine.)
GG#3 we had a great 7 hour outing despite carrying and pushing our bikes for 3 hours and being temporarily lost twice. We where ok though, as I had a rumpled paper map and Foz brought a compass.
In GG # 1.... I honestly do not remember what we did,but it must have been good as we complete # 2 & 3 ....and
This SUNDAY DECEMBER 14 GG# 4 is planned and will satisfy your adventurous Tripleshot spirit and to assist you in completing your 2014 cycling goals.
In consultation with the T3-GG board of directors this is the consensus, possibly subject to change.
Leave Starbucks drive thru at Alpha at 7am...come early for coffee,I buy!!!
Ride to Brentwood bay ferry. Arrive Mill bay and take shortest route to Trans Canada Trail near Shawnigan
Go over the now famous and historic Kinsol trestle and out and back on the gravel TCT to near Cowichan lake. Have a beer, lunch, coffee and back to Mill Bay and home...no Malahat!
About 80 easy km. Could some one higher tech
than me check and post actual mileage.
Any suggestions...ARE YOU IN ?
cheers pc
