As the weather begins to turn and early morning roads become a bit dicey, I wanted to remind you that there is a great option to train at Catalyst. I am running spin classes alongside another great personal trainer, Wesley Wood, and we are looking for a few more riders to fill the class. The classes are, as they have always been, performance based and directly applicable to riding on the road. The gym has fantastic shower facilities with included lockers and towels, a coffee bar should you need a final kick before work, and hands down the most aesthetically pleasing place to train indoors.
Come by this week (Tuesday with Wesley or Thursday with Nic) at 6:15 to Catalyst Waterfront (address below) for a free try out class. If you wish to continue after that we can come up with some retrofit pricing as the classes have already begun. But please, most of all, stay SAFE out there on the icy roads.
