Early start on Sunday, again! Come one come all! If there are enough people to hide behind I might not get too cold! The pace will always be reasonable for the slowest of us, quite often me! The general idea is LSD, long slow distance, keeping the heart rate down but getting in the miles or kilometres.

Plan to leave Cook St Starbucks at 6 AM sharp.

Bit of a newbie here...what are the road conditions like in the early morning and with these current cold conditions? Is there much frost / black ice to be concerned with? I can't make it tomorrow, but was planning on riding early on Monday.
