Big metal plate on Shelbourne

Noticed it on my drive to work this morning. It's not well marked and there's no asphalt lip to ease the transition. Just north of North Dairy on Shelbourne, on the northbound side. Keep an eye out for it Wednesday Farm Team riders and Friday TS riders.
