Beacon Hill barriers

Hi all,
I noticed this morning that there is now a cement barrier on the beacon hill loop, where there used to be plastic-ish pylon things.
The pylon things allowed us to switch lanes on the go, now, without a seriously sweet bunny hop, we are not able.

This is in the section where the road narrows and I'm just throwing out the idea of riding single file through there.
If one of the groups is on their sprint lap and another is a lap behind we could have some unpleasantness happening in this area now.

Any thoughts anyone?

Thanks!
CB

Definitely need to give priority to the group entering the barricaded section first. It's not difficult to hold up for a few hundred meters until reaching Dallas Road. Everyone still has more than half a lap to get organized for the sprint. I realized in the heat of the moment it will take a calm head but when the weather is dark/wet the barrier will only be harder to see and avoid without incident.
