Womens Evennig at Juan de Fuca BMX Track

We have been trying since the start of summer to do an introduction to the Juan de Fuca BMX Track for women and it will be done by a woman, Shaye Tudor who races and instructs. Come out anytime after 4 pm to 6 pm, Friday Sept 26th with a cross or mountain bike and get a feel for the Juan de Fuca BMX Track and bike handling skills that can be transferred to cross riding. It helps that often there is a BMX Track in CoTR races so it could take the intimidation factor out of entering a CoTR Race or make you faster. I hope you can make it out
