Open Invitation to the Tripleshot 'Kinder, Gentler' Rides
Posted: Mon Aug 31, 2009 4:01 pm
Update: Due to popular demand, we've added a second B ride on Fridays. Same time, same place. Different Route.
Every Tuesday and Friday morning at 6:00am, the Tripleshot Cycling Club hosts our 'Kinder, Gentler' group ride. It is a ride designed to introduce new cyclists to group riding and as a regular training ride for those looking for a ride that isn't as 'aggressive' as some of the other group rides in town. The pace is set by those who show up (ave 29km/h), stronger riders pull longer, weaker riders spend more time drafting. Nobody gets dropped.
If you heard about Tripleshot from a member, or just saw the baby blue argyle and wondered what we are all about, feel free to drop by and try out the ride. It starts from Fort & Richmond and lasts 60-70 minutes and ends at the Shoal Point Moka House for coffee.
If you plan on attending, either register for the forum and reply to this message or send an email to roland@rabien.com. As the days are getting shorter, lights and fenders are a good idea.
