As you all know we are helping organize the Nanaimo2Victoria ride. Shaw Cable is looking to get some cool video footage of our group tomorrow including with a police escort through the streets of Oak Bay.

So what does this mean for you?

1. Wear pink Argyle and look good tomorrow!

2. Can we do the "Classic Friday" route? (So no Blenkinsop) so we can be at the Oak Bay Police Department just before 7am?

3. Goal is to be riding behind the Cop cars along with Karen Elgersma of Shaw Cable and various other local riders (but Tripleshot up front) at 7am with video shooting to be completed by 7:30.

4. DONT PANIC We still get to have coffee either at the regular spot or in Oak Bay depending on timing

Hopefully that works for everyone....

I'm in and will ensure I'm pinked-out.

But do I still get to sprint at the end (before the video shoot obviously)?

How are you legs after hills on Wednesday Pete?

According to Shaw Cable's "The Daily" studio, the piece featuring TripleShot is scheduled to air tomorrow, Wednesday, Sept. 2.

There's a slim chance it might be bumped by something marginally more important, like the provincial budget.

So if you're looking to leverage your own fundraising activities for the N2V ride with a little cross-marketing, send out your begging e-mail to friends and colleagues tomorrow morning with a little plug to watch channel 11 tomorrow night.

Just witnessed the clip - looks great :) my kids said they thought Criss Fraser looked far "cooler" than I did :(

Another idea for fundraising is to offer a select group of your paintings sales to a select group of people with a 50% share going to the cause :)

(only studio paintings are included)
I'll post the paintings next
