Latoria C Race

What a race!!!
My first time at Latoria and the C group was very small (10 riders).
I knew that there would be no place to hide and that I would be riding against some stiff competition.
The first couple of laps went by without too much trouble with all of us swapping duties at the front, but I knew that the hill on the start finish would be where the race would be won or lost.
This is where my inexperience kicked in. The leading pack broke away, and I ended up tiring myself out by trying to bridge the gap on the downhill and flat sections for 2 laps, and was pretty much left to pull for the rest of the race.
The last lap was fab. I knew that Connie was right behind me, and she passed me on the last corner onto the hill. Thankfully my legs held on to catch and pass her for 6th.
