If anyone is looking into doing more climbing, check out Triple Climb for Heart. July 19th.
I believed it's timed. You go up Cypress, Seymour, and Grouse mountain. All 3 in one day.

Nice warmup for the Big Loop Ride on July 20!
I'll buy a beer for anyone who does both.

Victoria--Pt. Renfrew--Cowichan Lake--Victoria. ~260km. It's great fun. We do lunch in Renfrew. Last year we had homemade chili in Cowichan Lake before heading to the Mill Bay Ferry.
It's a supported ride, at a bargain price. Snacks and drinks at various points along the way…Sag Wagon…a beautiful descent into Pt. Renfrew...good times…
Definitely mark it on your calendar. It's a Tripleshot highlight. I asked Mark Ford this morning when it would be and he said July 20. I think it's currently marked as something earlier in July on the summer ride calendar.

Yes, it is JULY 20 ( not July 6 ) A group of us will be doing some 100 to 150 km rides soon....
Attention.... other PT workers, Retirees and Government workers.... It may be on a Tuesday or Friday after Coffee! If its 150km there will be a lunch stop, at least one coffee stop and perhaps a nap at a Tim Horton"s along the way ( Talk with Mark Ford about this )
We hope a few of Barton's Saturday hill riders will join us for The BLR 2014.
Happy Training.
p.s. This BLR is slightly cheaper than a Granfondo. You may actually be financially ahead by joining us July 20. pc
