Escort for kids to velodrome around 3:45?

Mondays and Thursdays I ride out to the velodrome with a group of 4-8 kids 10-16 who are in gas rack. Today I have another school session at the velodrome 1-2:30, and the head coach Kurt Innes wants to do some planning between 2:30 and 4:30. Any one heading out a ride then that could start at my house, at 3:45, ride out very easy, and drop them off at the track? Allow an hour, at 20-25 kph. Needs to be an adult and comfortable with changing flats and controlling the pace. It's supposed to be an easy ride out, but sometimes they need to be reminded.
