After my first Sunday ride (albeit abbreviated) AND spinning an hour for cancer yesterday, I'm very much into an easy Tuesday.

I don't know how you guys keep this up 4+ days a week!

I'm doing the B Ride. As is Katie.

I sent a note to OBB Women's Ride trying to get a few of them out as well.

Josh is bringing his brother.

I'm happy to join the B ride in the morning :)
somehow I'm still paying for Sunday's rediculus pace...
I guess, it means I'm expected to be at take-off??

No, they're meeting at the foot of your bed. Warn Anneke.

Geoff Wong is in, maybe Gary Streight, maybe even Joanna. In which case it may be better for me to do the other ride!

great ride this morning :)
good even pace, great draft positioning and signaling too.
A few pointers that might help - Remember to pull for only as long as you feel strong (actually shorter than you think), spin an easier gear, don't jump when you get to the front, keep the pace steady - it pays off in the end.
and a reminder - we will be needing fenders soon, please be prepared when the road gets wet - (i'm certain Lister will post about fender and flap ediquette when the time comes)

once again great ride :)
