Ok, I'm almost finished the new project, a randonneur-style gravel grinder. It's chrome with polished alloy everywhere, and needs a few crucial things to get rolling.

Rear Wheel - Campagnolo 9/10/11 hub, polished aluminum rim, but not picky
Crank - Campagnolo compact or other double, silver
Bottom Bracket to match crank
Rear Derailleur - Campagnolo Centaur or similar, long cage
Cassette - Campagnolo or compatible wide range
Chain - Campagnolo 10 speed

Seatpost - 27.2 polished silver Nitto, or Thomson Elite Setback
Saddle - Any Brooks, Selle Anatomica, or Gilles Berthoud
Bartape - Fizik or Brooks

Brake/Gear Cable Housing - silver (wound/braided)
Downtube Cable Stops - all metal

Front and Rear Randonneur style racks

Handlebar bag - canvas/leather

And looking for this down the road:
SON Dynohub and Shmidt Edelux headlight to match
