And now to the point of this note. I'll be out for the regular Friday at 6 for the C ride (come one come all we'll take very good care of you!) then after a very quick coffee head out for another hour and half at close to the same pace. Just to get in a few more k in the saddle.

Hey Barton - I am planning a few extra km's on Friday as well. I was thinking that after the usual Friday ride I would head over to Clover Point to join Rumble Paul and his crew for a cruise of the peninsula. They are planning to leave at 10:00 so there is plenty of time for a full breakfast, maybe a nap and to refill your water bottle. Anyone want to join me?

I would love to do the Rumble ride but my family and I are taking an 11 AM ferry to Tsawwaseen (sad face!). Thus the extra distance right after the regular ride.
