Wanted, cheap road or track frame for a fixie commuter, 54cm
Must have horizontal dropouts for chain tensioning. Condition not important; this will be an urban all weather commuter. Will be used by Sammy Long, u23, to get used to fixed gears. Frame or whole bike considered.
