I took his 21hr "Bike Overhaul" course a few years ago, and *highly* recommend it for anyone who likes to tinker with their bike. It'll save you $$$ in the long run, and even if you take your bike to your LBC for the larger jobs you'll be able to diagnose the problem beforehand and tell them what you want them to do.

I was their first Victoria VeloFix customer today. I really needed the full service on the cervelo. Brent met me at work over lunch and delivered the bike back to me at home after work. Downside, now the bike is back to perfect I don't want to ride it until the weather is good again Great service!
