Hi all,

I spoke with a few of you today about my fun-filled day of riding in Girona (which was awesome!!!). Attached is a look at the elevation (ouch) and a few images of my day in Girona with BikeCat (http://www.bikecat.com/). If you ever have the opportunity, I highly recommend getting out for a day (or several) with them. I've also included a couple of photos, including one at the peak of the final (and brutal - 5km at average around 8%) climb.

Great shots, Jeff. Spent some time in Girona on my last trip to Spain, in '05, for the Worlds and some la Liga football..

Very envious as I didn't ride.. but I was shown the Hincapie / Armstrong apartment block! Dream of mine to live / work in Catalunya. You'll have to tell me more about your time in the area. Looks like you got to Ronda - what a sweet town, eh? And what's up with the 1st class return?
