Incredible Tripleshot presence at this weekend’s Cyclocross Events.
At two “Cross on the Rock” events, Tripleshot continued to show a powerful force, with 15 racers at Saturday’s “My Little Pony” event in Nanoose (8 top-10 finishes and 2 podiums), and 20 participants at the Kona Cup Provincial Championships the next day in Nanaimo. Again TS’ers finished strong, with three Provincial Champions (Lister Farrar, Brenna Pauly and Sarah van Dam), six podiums and at least 10 top-10 finishes. This event included the best riders in BC and across Canada, including 2011 mountain bike world champion Katherine Pendrell and Alberta-based pro cyclocross rider Aaron Skular (winner of both days’ elite men events). Pretty damn impressive company!
More than a quarter of the field at the Provincial championships were Juniors, including 10 representing Tripleshot, 2nd only to the Vancouver-based Devo group.
Final Cross on the Rocks event is in 2 weeks at Shawnigan Lake. Why not try it out? www.crossontherocks.com for info and registration, pictures, videos and standings.
Oh, and did I mention you can win BEER!?
